No. 44 AutoVentive / Precision Vehicle Logistics Chevrolet Silverado RST

Driver: Bayley Currey | Crew Chief: Wally Rogers

- Currey's Nashville Stats: Bayley Currey has driven in two NCTS races held at Nashville Superspedway. Currey's best finish at the track (fifth) came in 2023, and he finished 29th last year with mechanical issues. He also raced in two NXS races in 2021 and 2022.

- Rogers' Nashville Stats: Wally Rogers has called four NCTS races at Nashville, earning one top-10 finish with Matt Crafton, who finished seventh in 2004. In 11 NXS races, Rogers' drivers picked up two top-fives and four top-10s (best of fourth, twice). He also nabbed a pole here in 2003 with Randy LaJoie.

- On the Truck: Currey's No. 44 Chevrolet Silverado RST will race with support from AutoVentive and Precision Vehicle Logistics.

- Recapping Charlotte: Ross Chastain and the No. 44 team ran at the front of the pack at Charlotte, showcasing a large amount of pace throughout the 134-lap  event. Chastain was the truck to beat in practice, and rolled off the starting grid from fourth-place. With two strong opening stages, the team amassed 15 stage points by finishing second and fifth, respectively. The team put up a great fight for the race win, but ultimately came up one spot shy of the victory.

- Owner Points Rundown: The No. 44 team picked up two spots in the owner points standings with Chastain's second-place finish at Charlotte. Moving up to 16th, the team is seven points behind Spire Motorsports' No. 71 Chevrolet in 15th and currently have a 14-point cushion over TRICON Garage's No. 15 entry in 17th.

- Quoting Currey: What are some characteristics from this track that are different from other intermediates?

The fact that it’s a little bit smaller, got to use a little bit of brake. That’s really it. I mean it’s concrete, they have the traction resin down and we’ll have to see how that comes into play. It seems like it’s different every year even though it’s the same stuff. I know two years ago we were all the way up in the third lane, last year we were locked down on the bottom, hopefully we can see more moving around this year. We’ve had a lot of speed there in the past so hopefully we can carry that into this weekend.
